Refund policy

1. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at elsopals@outlook.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and some banks take several days to process refunds.
