Terms of service

  1. All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability or pricing errors.
  2. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
  3. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and pricing for our opal products. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete or error-free. If you suspect any information is incorrect, please reach out.
  4. For orders to the USA import tariffs will be calculated at checkout and added to your order. We will pay these on your behalf.
  5. For all countries except the USA we will not be responsible for any duties or taxes that are required to be paid to customs. 
  6. The buyer should make themselves familiar with the duties and tax's that are applicable to their country.
  7. We will not be responsible for any orders which are held by customs which require import taxes to be paid. If the order is returned to us we will not refund shipping costs.
  8. The Harmonized Tariff Code for Cut and Polished Opal is 7103.99.1000 and Rough Opal is 7103.10.2000.
